Monthly Meeting RSVP

Date: Sunday, January 12

  • Time: Fellowship at 12:30PM, meeting starts at 1 PM

  • Location: Steilacoom Town Hall, 1717 Lafayette Street

Meeting Highlights:

  • The meeting will be catered.

  • Cost per person: $30.

  • Agenda

    • 1130     Arrival of CDR Mandigo & the Peninsula NJROTC Cadets:

            1. Help complete Town Hall Setup for the Meeting (if it isn’t already complete).

            2. Unload the Historic Flags from CDR Mandigo’s car and setup in the Town Hall.

            3. Each Cadet will take a Pre-Printed Name Sheet and put their Name Sheets on separate tables. This is so that Puget Sound Companions may meet and converse with the Cadets during Brunch.

            4. Setup the thumb drive for the Patriotic Program with Keith Snyder our IT Director.

      1215 – 1300      Cadets introduce themselves and mingle with the Companions as they arrive.

      1300     Patriotic Brunch Meeting Starts.

Payment Options:

  • You can pay online after submitting the form below.

  • Alternatively, you’re welcome to pay upon arrival.

  • If you choose to pay online and later need to cancel, we’ll refund your payment to your credit or debit card.

    Important Note:
    If you’ve made an online reservation but find that you’re unable to attend, please reply to your confirmation email and inform Keith Warren. This will allow us to cancel the meal order and avoid unnecessary costs.
