Fill in the Application Form and then click SUBMIT for electronic transmission directly to the Registrar.

Flag Units will participate in Massing of the Colors ceremony. All others will participate as spectators in spectator seating.

 Flag Unit Participants report not later than 1 PM (1300 hrs) to the Registrar to the left of the gym. There will be signs posted.
